How to write a video script: step-by-step guide

Have you ever asked yourself after watching a great commercial or explainer video how they managed to make it? You have probably noticed many things — the spirit of the video, its music, the tone of a voice-over, the behavior of a character. Each of that wasn’t a consequence of improvisation. Every single scene is supposed to be written first.

This is precisely why we need a script — in order to write down every word that will eventually become a video. Quite often, we stumbled on many things that make us feel the obscurity of the text, and, consequently, a video. But there are ways to overcome it.
